ROCKET X-RAY
Privacy & request handling
Rocket X-Ray is operated by Rocketocity LLC for the Restoration Rocket and Rocketura brands.
Your business request
We collect the company, contact details, selected services, territory preferences, optional territory documents and scheduling preferences you submit. These details are used to review your request, confirm scope and investment, and contact you about the next steps you requested.
A request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Any optional marketing preference is recorded separately. Submitting a request does not sign an agreement, charge a payment method or activate a campaign.
Deployment requests require phone and email contact authorization for the specific request. We retain the exact authorization wording, version and submission timestamp with the request. Staff may use AI-assisted coordination tools as disclosed. This does not authorize AI-generated outbound voice calls, promotional SMS or automated marketing; those functions are not enabled.
You may withdraw request-contact authorization in your private request or through the team. Withdrawal is recorded separately and suppresses further request follow-up; the original submission and its historical consent evidence remain preserved.
Analytics and audience insights
On public marketing homepages, Google Analytics 4 is deployed through our domain-specific Google Tag Manager container. Analytics measures engagement using restricted event names, selected industry and sanitized public-page information. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, verification codes and private report-access links are not analytics parameters.
Ordinary analytics may initialize automatically in the United States where permitted. Elsewhere, or when browser privacy signals require an opt-out, optional analytics waits for your selection. You can Accept, Decline Optional or Manage Preferences using the privacy controls. Necessary security, forms, verification and scans work regardless of optional preferences.
Optional audience insights use Rocketura Signals, powered by AudienceLab. If you permit this category, a domain-specific pixel may associate a public-site visit with available identity, business and engagement enrichment. A vendor match is not an independently verified person, confirmed lead or permission for unsolicited outreach. These pixels do not load on private customer reports, verification, forms or administration pages. No automatic email, SMS or calls are initiated from a match.
We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, keep advertising personalization disabled, and restrict identity information to authenticated operators. We do not include residential addresses, personal demographic enrichment or private phone numbers in ordinary analytics dashboards. Use Privacy preferences on the homepage to change your selection; revocation reloads the page to stop optional scripts.
Private reports and market data
Prospect reports are accessible only through scoped authorization. Market intent information is shown as geographic aggregates with measurement dates and limitations. Individual consumer records, residential addresses and private provider responses are not included in customer reports. Small geographic counts are withheld.
Storage and service providers
The hosted application uses Cloudflare infrastructure for application delivery and request storage. Interactive maps use OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap geographic data. Opening a map can make requests to the map provider. Payment details, when enabled following separate approval, are handled through the payment provider's hosted experience; Rocket X-Ray does not collect card numbers.
Questions or changes
You can request access, correction or deletion of your submitted business information through the team handling your Market Review or deployment request. Request records are restricted to authorized staff. Please do not upload consumer contact lists, passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information as territory documents.
